Balsamic Juniper Seasoning LIMITED EDITION Inside our traditional Acetaia, from our Reggian recipe, the “Rare” GINEPRO seasoning is born, an elixir to be savored drop by drop.

The slow maturation for about ten years in small juniper barrels gives it its typical sweet taste with a sour aftertaste.

Its seductive aroma allows for use primarily with meat, but it’s also tasty with fresh or grilled vegetables and aged cheeses.

100% cooked must of grapes from the Reggio Emilia area, fermented and acidified for a long time in barrels made solely of juniper.
