The RESERVE vinegar Triptych 100ml


The Reserve Vinegar Triptych, is made up of Castello, the most aged, dense and sweet of these three vinegars. Suitable for raw vegetables and salads, on fresh fruit, gelato, with cheeses or shellfish. We do not recommend cooking it.

Cà Del Vento is characterized by a strong sweet aroma and lingering acidity on the palate.  Ideal for pasta sauces, adding to roasts and enhancing marinades.

Finally, GIARETO is characterized by a light, crispness,and a sharp tanginess to the palate. It is the youngest and least refined product of the “reserve” collection and makes a great addition to carpaccio, raw vegetables and mixed salads.

Made with same passion that produces our Traditional Balsamic Vinegar DOP, with grape must exclusively from Reggio Emilia,  and fermented and concentrated through evaporation. Traditionally aged in oak, chestnut, cherry, mulberry and juniper wood barrels.

Comes in 100 ml apothecary glass bottles with accompanying ceramic pouring cap and cork stoppers.
