The 10 Barrel Vinegar is made following our traditional methods using cooked grape must from local grape varieties  aged in oak barrels.

Excellent on risottos and with meat or vegetable sauces and perfect for the preparation of slow-cooked peppers or caramelizing onions. Superb with medium-aged cheeses and gourmet sandwiches.
