Lavender White Vinegar from Antico Casale Lavandeto in Montericco, pleasantly sweet and sour, with the scent and flavour of lavender, it is excellent with fresh/pickled or grilled vegetables. Super recommended to give a touch of character to white meats and/or marinated fish.
Obtained from the concentrated must of only white grapes from the province of Reggio Emilia (Spergola and Trebbiano) skilfully blended with well-matured white wine vinegar.
