Balsamic Crystals


These crystallized balsamic balls have undergone natural crystallization, a process that involves change only in appearance and where the crystallization is relative to the glucose content.

The balsamic crystals maintain their acidity and compliment fresh fruit, gelato, soft and spongey desserts, but also are a novel and welcome addition to gourmet burgers, raw salmon and egg dishes.


Handcrafted product, 100% NATURAL, with no added sugars, no preservatives or colouring. Store away from light and heat sources at a temperature between 4 ° C and 30 ° C in a closed package. Available in 40ml.
