White wine vinegar infused with locally grown organic thyme is a pleasant mix of sweet and sour with a hint of thyme. A wonderful accompaniment to raw or grilled vegetables and throws a touch of character on white meats and marinated seafood.
Obtained from cooked grape must from two local varieties, Spergola and Trebbiano, then blended with mature white wine vinegar and aged briefly in oak barrels.
