The Traditional Balsamic Vinegar DOP (Declaration of Protected Origin) of Reggio Emilia LOBSTER label, thanks to its delicate aroma and light acidity, is perfect for enhancing carpaccio, raw vegetables and mixed salads. Ideal for flavouring or marinating shellfish and raw fish, lamb chops, chicken breasts and rare red meats. It is also a splendid addition to game. Medium-thick black in color and full-bodied, it lends balance and softness to the palate with a rich, intense flavor.
