Parmigiano Reggiano, from Fattoria Marchesini has been aged for 30 months and produced according to traditional farming methods guaranteeing quality specifications and using only the milk from their farm. Parmigiano Reggiano is a totally natural product, with no added preservatives, and lactose-free in long aging.
Thanks to this aging process, anywhere from 12 to 110 months, it can be enjoyed in any way and at any time; grated or in flakes, both in additions to meals or simply as a pleasing, healthy snack.
