This pasta comes from the “Santa Barbara” farm of Vezzano sul Crostolo, (RE) and is a specialty food made from durum wheat.  Santa Barbara is a family-run farm, led by the Zanni Brothers, young farmers who wanted to bring to the table healthy, genuine, organic foods and products such as spelt, barley and wheat, grown on their family land in Vezzano sul Crostolo and stone milled as it was done in previous generations. The organically certified grains are grown, processed and transformed to obtain a wide range of products.
