Our Almond Crunch with Italian peeled almonds is an traditional dessert recipe from Albinea. It is made with caramelized sugar and is gluten-free.
Chopped it goes very well with mascarpone, stracchino soft cheese and spoon desserts in general.
We recommend combining it with peaches and mint, and our very own balsamic crystals.
