Tuna tartare with balsamic vinegar

For this recipe we suggest to use the Giareto dressing

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of fresh tuna
  • extra vergin olive oil
  • some leeves of basil and parsley
  • a little fresh onion
  • a spoon of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar or Giareto dressing
  • the juice of half a lemon
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • sea salt and black pepper

Preparation:

Clean the tuna steak, chop it with a knife. Finely chop the onion, basil and parsley. remove the seeds from tomatoes and chop into small cubes.

Putting it all together with oil, seasoning Giareto (or Traditional Balsamic Vinegar), salt, pepper and lemon juice and leave to marinate for an hour in the fridge.

Composition of the dish:

Serve in little glasses garnished with basil and parsley.
