Recipe panna cotta with balsamic vinegar

Ingredients

  • 125 g of milk
  • 400 g of cream
  • 125 g sugar
  • 3 g of isinglass
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 2 teaspoons of traditional balsamic vinegar or dressing Castello

Preparation

Put in a saucepan the milk, cream and vanilla bean cut lengthwise. Bring to the boil, add the sugar and cook for about 6 minutes and remove from heat.

Soften the gelatin in cold water, squeeze it and add it to the mixture. Remove the vanilla pod and pour the mixture into aluminum molds.

Let them cool and place in refrigerator for several hours.

Once spilled on saucers, spray the top with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar or Castello dressing.
